What Is Hypnosis?
It's a NATURAL state of mind where selective concentrated thinking is maintained. This resourceful state is otherwise referred to as “trance.” People naturally go through several trances daily (driving, watching TV, day dreaming etc.) Deep concentration allows clients to bypass their critical thinker and go directly into his/her subconscious mind where they can alter their beliefs and programs to achieve desirable results.
During a session, a client is consciously present and remembers everything after. This state is similar to guided meditation, however directed differently.
It is important to know that nobody can make you do what you don't want, simply because your subconscious is your moral code keeper and whatever is against your code of ethics will make you come out of trance immediately.
Safety in hypnosis. There are a lot of myths about hypnosis due to Vegas shows and Hollywood movies. Notice that people participating in stage hypnosis do so WILLINGLY, to entertain themselves and people around because their outcome of coming to the show is to have fun. They desire to entertain the crowd and so they do.

Learn to trust your subconscious- it maintains your heart rate and blood temperature automatically, without you even thinking about it- it knows what to do. Every negative behavior your subconscious has generated over the years has a positive intent that satisfies your deepest needs, which you can discover in sessions. Often clients surprise themselves with the wisdom they get from within.
